Show a page of FAQs on your Shopify site

Who can use this feature?

• This feature is avaible for all users.

Set up FAQs page

1. Go to app -> FAQs -> Click Turn on FAQs page

   
2. Select preset. There’re 3 available options for you to set up the theme of your page

3. Edit header style.

   • Heading: Title of FAQ page

   • Heading Color: Color applied to title of FAQ page

   • Description: Short description of FAQ page

   • Description Color: Color applied to short description of FAQ page

   • Font family: Font applied to header and description. We recommend the same font on your theme (STORE THEME’S FONT) to keep your website consistent

   
4. Edit style

   • Heading Color: Color applied to title of Categories

   • Question text color: Color applied to questions

   • Question background color: Color applied to background of questions

   • Answer text color: Color applied to answer

   • Answer background color: Color applied to background answer

   • Q&A Font: Font applied to questions and answers. We recommend the same font on your theme (STORE THEME’S FONT) to keep your website consistent

   If you customize your text & background color, make sure contrast is good enough for users to read. You can check your color combo by this tool: https://coolors.co/contrast-checker

   
5. Check preview in app and click Save to save all settings.

   
6. Custom CSS in advanced settings helps you to have a custom FAQ page on your page. This required knowledge of coding. If you need any help, contact us through live chat in the app.

How to show FAQ page in main menu?

1. In Shopify admin, go to Online store -> Navigation

2. Click Main menu or the menu you are using

   
3. Click Add menu item

4. Name your page (FAQs,..)

5. In the link box, search for Questions and select Frequently Asked Questions

6. Click Add

   
7. Click Save menu

   
8. Go to your store front & check the menu to access FAQs page

How to show FAQ page in footer?

Same as set up FAQ page in main menu, you can add FAQs link in the footer menu.

1. In Shopify admin, go to Online store -> Navigation

2. Click Footer menu and add FAQs to your footer.

3. Go to your store front & check footer to access FAQs page
