Who can use this feature?
This feature is available for all users
Chatty is a platform that helps Shopify users engage with their customers better.
After installing Chattyfrom Shopify App Store, you can get access to app in Shopify admin.
We'll cover the basics & introduce some key features. Here are 5 steps to get your store ready with Chatty.
1. Enable app
Chatty helps show a chatbox on your store front so you need to enable app in your theme editor.
In app dashboard, click Enable app

Enable Chatty in App embed and click Save
2. Set up FAQs
Who can use this feature?
This feature is available for all users
First, you need to build questions and answers hub for your customers.
In "Set up FAQs", click Go to settings
You're redirected to FAQs page.
3. Customize your chatbox appearance
After creating questions hub, you can show question in your store front in chatbox.
In "Customize your chatbox appearance", click Go to settings
You're redirected to Chatbox
Click turn on to show chatbox on your store front

4. Set up the first welcome message
Showing a welcome popup can offer customers quick access to your help and support services.
In "Set up the first welcome message", click Go to settings

Click Turn on welcome popup and edit message and style
5. Update your store's availability
This helps you to set up online and offline time on chat.
In "Update your store's availability", click Go to settings
You're redirected to Chat availability in Chatbox page
Click Turn on and edit your online/offline time
6. Set up an FAQs page
Show a page of FAQs on your Shopify site
In "Set up an FAQs page", click Go to settings
You're redirected to FAQ page
Click Turn on FAQs page and edit content and style
