How to connect email to receive and reply to customer's email in Chatty

Who can use this feature?
This feature is avaible for all users.
Follow our instruction to finish connecting emails. Instruction will vary on different email providers:
We support many email providers beyond this list. If you don't see your email provider here, please contact us.
Sign in to your Gmail account
Click Settings icon -> Click See all settings
Go to "Forward and POP/IMAP" -> Click Add a forwarding address
Copy forwarding address in instruction -> Paste as forwarding address -> Click Next
Click Proceed to confirm
Get back to instruction, click Get Verification link -> Follow link and click Confirm
Go back to Gmail settings -> Go to "Forward and POP/IMAP" -> Select forwarding option Forward a copy of incoming mail to <email> -> Click Save changes
Click Send verification email to confirm. Now your email status is verified.

Sign in your Outlook account using web browser.
If you're using Outlook app, click File -> Go to "Info" -> In Account Settings, click link to web.
Go to "Mail" -> "Forwarding and IMAP"
Turn on Enable forwarding
Copy forwarding address in instruction -> Paste as forwarding address -> Click Save
Click Send verification email to confirm. Now your email status is verified.

When connecting your Outlook email to Chatty, you might see an error message saying your organization doesn't allow external forwarding.
Many organizations disable email forwarding by default for security reasons
This is common for company/organization Outlook accounts
The system blocks attempts to forward emails to Chatty's email address
Contact your organization's IT administrator and take a screenshot of error message
Request permission to allow email forwarding to Chatty
Go back to Chatty and try connecting your Outlook email again
Log in to your Zoho email
Click icon Settings
Go to Mail accounts -> Go to Forwards
Copy forwarding email in Chatty. Paste it in "Add new email forwarding" and click Enter
Click Verify
In step 2 "Verify your email", click Get confirmation code -> Copy code and paste in Chatty -> Click Confirm
Click Send verification email to confirm. Now your email status is verified.
Sign in your Hostinger email
Click Manage
Go to Forwarders -> Click Create a forwarder
Copy forwarding email in Chatty. Paste it in "To email address" and click Create
Click Send verification email to confirm. Now your email status is verified.
Since there are many email providers available, we cannot include all of them in this list. If your email provider is not in the provided list, please contact us.
You can try finding Forwarding
in settings and follow instructions to add Chatty as forwarding email.
