Connect other channels and manage all customers' conversation in Chatty inbox

Who can use this feature?

• This feature is avaible for all users.

Chatty allows you to manage conversations from multiple channels in one centralized location. This feature integrates all messages from email, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram alongside your live chat conversations.

Connect email

1. Go to Channels -> Click Manage

   
2. Click Connect email and add your email

   

   
3. After adding your email, you need to verify email to get emails in Chatty inbox. Follow our instruction to finish connecting emails. Instruction will vary on different email providers: Gmail, Outlook, Others.

   

Gmail

1. Sign in to your Gmail account

2. Click Settings icon -> Click See all settings

   
3. Go to "Forward and POP/IMAP" -> Click Add a forwarding address

   

4. Copy forwarding address in instruction -> Paste as forwarding address -> Click Next

   

   
5. Click Proceed to confirm

   
6. Get back to instruction, click Get Verification link -> Follow link and click Confirm

   

   
7. Go back to Gmail settings -> Go to "Forward and POP/IMAP" -> Select forwarding option Forward a copy of incoming mail to <email> -> Click Save changes

   

8. Click Send verification email to confirm. Now your email status is verified.

Outlook

1. Sign in your Outlook account using web browser. If you're using Outlook app, click File -> Go to "Info" -> In Account Settings, click link to web.

   
2. Click Settings icon

   
3. Go to "Mail" -> "Forwarding and IMAP"

   
4. Turn on Enable forwarding

   

5. Copy forwarding address in instruction -> Paste as forwarding address -> Click Save

   

6. Click Send verification email to confirm. Now your email status is verified.

Zoho

1. Log in to your Zoho email

2. Click icon Settings

   

3. Go to Mail accounts -> Go to Forwards

   

4. Copy forwarding email in Chatty. Paste it in "Add new email forwarding" and click Enter

   

   

5. Click Verify

   
6. In step 2 "Verify your email", click Get confirmation code -> Copy code and paste in Chatty -> Click Confirm

   
7. Click Send verification email to confirm. Now your email status is verified.

Others

To other email providers, find Forwarding in settings and follow instructions to add Chatty as forwarding email.
