How to upgrade to Proactive chat

Go to Automation

Try new version

By clicking Try now, you are directed to Proactive chat. Automation page will be no longer available.

Test the new system

Go to each campaign and check how it works on your store

Activate proactive chat

In "Proactive chat", click Publish campaign to activate new proactive chat.
