You can give a specific name and avatar for your AI assistant. This will be shown in the chatbox.
Welcome message will be the first text sent to the customers when they click Contact us.
This refers to the conversation transferred from AI to your team.
This helps you set up how you respond to customers who want to speak with a human.
Feedback messages
Feedback messages are shown to customers after AI responds
Transfer messages
Transfer messages will be sent to customers when users want to speak to a human
Ask for more information before transfer
Ask customers for more while waiting for your team to join the conversation
Send a message to customer
Assignment
Select who will handle conversations transferred from AI.
In Inbox, this conversation will be assigned to that assignee.
AI backup
Allow customers to continue the conversation with AI while waiting for your team
You can set up how AI answers customer questions. Select tone of voice and length of answer that fit your brand.
Go to AI assistant → Go to Instruction tab → Select your Tone of voice and Length of response
Custom instruction allows you to provide specific guidance on how your AI assistant should interact with customers. You can control how AI handles customer inquiries with custom instructions.
You can personalize your AI assistant's responses to better align with:
Specific business needs
Unique brand voice
Particular topics or inquiries that are common for your store
Special handling requirements for certain types of questions
Go to AI assistant → Go to Instruction tab → Enter your Custom instruction
In chatbox, messages are shown as 2 buttons after AI responds

In chatbox, the button Continue with AI will be shown to customers
