Show all conversation with filters for easy access
In Inbox, you can easily get access and filter conversations with our new left-hand panel.
You can filter conversations by All, Resolved, Starred, or Blocked.

You can also filter conversation by channels.

You can delete a conversation.
If the conversation is connected with an anonymous contact (or lead contact), the contact will also be deleted.
If the conversation is connected with a customer contact, the contact will remain.
