Online hours

Set your online and offline times (chat availability) to manage when you're available for chats

Who can use this feature?

  • This feature is availble for all users

This helps you to set up online and offline time on chat.

  1. Go to Settings -> In Chat availability, click Manage

  2. Click Turn on

  3. Set your working hour

    • 24hours/7 days: You can be online to chat with customers all the time

    • Custom time: Set up time which is suitable with your schedule

  4. Break time: Show offline time for a short period of time during your working hour.

  5. Holiday time: Show offtime for certain days.

  6. Time zone: Select your timezone.

  7. You can preview online and offline status on chatbox.

  8. Click Save

Online and offline status only works when you turn on block "Contact us" in Chatbox style settings.
