Order tracking

Order tracking in chatbox helps user track their orders faster

Who can use this feature?

  • This feature is available for all users

  1. In app, click Chatbox

  2. In tab General, turn on Order tracking in "Blocks"

  3. Click Edit to setting your tracking link

  4. If you're using 17TRACK appp, select 17TRACK. If you're using others, click and insert your own tracking link.

How to track orders on website?

  1. On your website, click to open Chatbox. Click Order tracking.

  2. You can use order number or tracking number to track orders. With order number, insert email or phone number. With tracking number, insert your tracking number. Then click Track to check your status.

  3. Click Track to check your order information.
