Connect Facebook fanpage receive and reply to Facebook messages directly in Chatty inbox

Who can use this feature?

• This feature is avaible for paid plan users only.

By connecting Facebook account to Chatty, you can receive and reply to Facebook messages right in app.

1. Go to Channels

2. In Facebook Messenger, click Manage

   
3. Click Connect account

   
4. Log in your Facebook account

   
5. Select pages you want to connect to Chatty

   
6. Review information that Chatty's access request.

   
7. You connect Facebook to Chatty successfully.

   

Why does Chatty need access to my Facebook Page?

Chatty needs access to your Facebook Page to do the following:

1. Show your Facebook messages in the Chatty app. This allows you to see and manage all your conversations in one place.

2. Let you reply to messages directly from Chatty. This makes it more convenient to respond to people without switching apps.

3. Organize your conversations and link messages to the correct Facebook Page. This helps keep your messages organized and easy to find.

After connecting your Facebook account, you can check pages you've connected here.

You can disconnect fanpages to Chatty by clicking next to that fanpage. You can reconnect to other fanpages by clicking "Reconnect".

Messages from connected fanpages will be synced to Chatty inbox.

In Inbox, messages from Facebook have icon Messenger next to it. Or you can click Messenger in "Channel" to select all conversations from Facebook.

By disconnecting with Facebook fanpages, existing conversations will stay in Inbox without update.
