Think of skills as training modules that teach your AI how to respond to different types of customer questions, from product recommendations to support requests.
When you enable AI skills, AI assistant can:
Recommend products based on customer preferences
Provide accurate size guidance
Handle common support scenarios automatically
Transfer conversations to your team when needed

🅰️ Smart recommendations
You can manage which products AI recommends as best sellers and new arrivals.
Chatty provides two pre-built collections that AI uses for recommendations:
Bestseller: Products AI suggests when customers ask, "What's popular?" or "What do others buy?"
New arrival: Products AI suggests when customers ask, "What's new?" or "Any new items?"
Sales promotion: Products AI suggests when customers ask about "discounts", "deals", or "what's on sale?"
Special occasions: Products AI suggests when customers ask about "gifts", "birthday presents", or mention special events
How to set up smart recommendations:
Click Smart recommendations
Select a collection to manage
Set up product list and keywords (custom recommendations)
Click Add product to add products
Click Delete to remove products from the list
Click Save and activate the recommendation

🅱️ Size guide
Size guide helps customers find the right fit and reduces returns.
Go to AI assistant
Click Configure agents in Agent instructions
Click Manage next to size guide
Add your size guide (JPG and PNG, max 5MB)
Select which product your size guide applies to
Add Instructions (if needed)
Turn on the toggle to use size guide

Customer support skills
These skills are enabled by default to help AI handle common support scenarios:
Transfer: when customers request human support
Refund-return: When customers ask about after-sales issues, AI will send a form and ask the customer to submit a request.
Order tracking: When customers ask about order status, AI will check customer info and send tracking information right in chat.
